Possession delayed for 7 years, please advise what can be done

I have been allotted a plot in sector 57 Gurgaon. As per allotment letter we should have been given possession in 2010. Till date we have not received dues besides paying entire amount with demanded enhancements. Please update
File a complaint in permanent lok adalat ....its an easy and fast process....you'll get relief soon....otherwise you can also file a complaint in consumer court....in both cases u'll get relief but in PLA u'll get fast result...

You may file a complaint before the district Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gurgaon and claim for possession as well as compensation from HUDA. Before that you should send HUDA a legal notice for the same and take future course of action based on the response from HUDA.

Is it a HUDA plot or in sushant lok-3, if it is huda then we are entitled to get interest @ 12% from 2010 till date of decision of the case. And rest i can tell you after i have all the documents.
And if it is a sl-3 plot the after seing the Builder Buyer agreement.

You may file a complaint in the appropriate Consumer Court asking for either possession be given with compensation for delay or refund of your money with interest and compensation. This is the fastest and the most effective remedy.

The possession is delayed by a min. of 6 yrs already. You must file for time bound possession & for compensation for the delay OR for refund of entire consideration paid along with compensation for delay. In either of the cases, litigation cost is to be demanded additionally. In view of the current being conducive for such cases as yours, chances of success on above parameters are very high.
