Can a self acquired property be partitioned by way of oral partition deed?
Sir, if more than one purchaser in your self acquired property you can partition through the partition deed but oral partition is not legal. I cannot suggest you to do oral partition. If you need any further advice please contact me and share all the documents related to this property.
