Partition of ancestral property among siblings

My grand father n mother both were passed. 5 sons and 1 daughter. 5 out 3 are Railway employees 2 are self employed and 1 daughter got married and settled. 1 of the self employed son , registered the partial land by executing Convenience Deed. And rest empty land kept for other self employed son which is not registered . Now all 3 sons and 1 daughter claiming share in partial which is available.plz advice hw to proceed further

Yes it is possible with mutual consent but must be in writing, All 3 sons and 1 daughter partition the said property according to their share, if other will not ready for partition they create any dispute then you have a option to file the suit for partition before the civil court.
