Non Compliance To Terms By Developer

My commercial property went for redevelopment under SRA. There are 3 agreements signed between Developer and Owner where it is clearly mentioned that rent will be paid to both eligible and non eligible till hanging over permanent alternate accomodation which will either be provided by SRA if eligible or by Developer of not eligible. Developer paid rent for 2 years and now stopped the rent stating we are not eligible. How can i proceed with this case?

Any document was executed between you and developer before handing over the possession of your property?
for giving proper solution you have to provide all the details like where is your property is situated what documents you have executed with builder
