Need to appeal against unsatisfactory RERA verdict

27-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I filed a RERA case in UP RERA (Moradabad) against a builder w.r.t. my property at Noida. I sought relief on the following points - 1) Compensation as per RERA guidelines of approximately 10 percent - for delay in possession. 2) Cancellation of illegal increase in super area (as builder did not provide documentation or justification) 3) Refund of service tax illegally collected by the builder. 4) Relief on account of rent I had to pay for, due to the delay by the builder. Unfortunately the RERA office in Moradabad ignored points 2 , 3 & 4 - and passed judgement only on point # 1 . Even then, for point # 1, they did not award damages as per RERA - instead they awarded damages as per standard BBA. I'm not pleased with the judgement. Please advise next steps on the Appeal process in UP RERA. Thanks

Dear Client
You need to file an appeal in the prescribed format to the appellate tribunal whereafter the builder will be called upon and matter will be heard on merits. On perusal of your documents we can analyse what points to raise further in appeal. Feel free to fix a meeting or discuss over a call in detail.
