Need Legal heir clearance from court to sell my father's property

31-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
There is a piece of land in Trichy in my father's name (deceased) and in the legal heir list, the following people are there. My mother, self, sister, grand father and grand mother. Both my grandparents are dead and i have their death certificate copy. Now when i approached register office to sell the property, they are asking for my grandparent legal heir certificate which i dont have. In that case they are asking for a certificate from court through lawyer confirming that heir's. IS there any standard confirmation obtained form court for the same. Can a lawyer support in this.

until 2018 courts have the power to issue legal heir certificate but whereas after 2018 the courts have been instructed not to issue any legal heir certificate the power is vested only with the Tehsildar can there be a VAO of your region. legal heir certificate can be obtained within a period of three weeks from the date of applying.
