Need information regarding transfer of property

sir yadi meri ma apni vyaktigat proparti apne jite ji mere name namantarn ke madham se mere name transfer karti h to kya ho sakta h mere nam ,or namantran ke bad mere bahn object kar payegi ki nahi

आपकी बहन कोई आपत्ति नही कर पाएंगी और यदि करती भी है तो उनकी आपत्ति मान्य नही होगी क्योंकि वो आपकी माँ की व्यक्तिगत संपत्ति है वो उसे चाहे जिसे दे सकती है इस पर किसी को भी कोई आपत्ति करने का हक नही होगा।

The transfer of property by way of gift on the name of your brother's son is valid, but the gift deed should be registered. Since your father had gifted his self acquired property (not ancestral) on your brother's son name while he was alive it is binding. You cannot claim the property.

Which type property? If agriculture land then your mother may transfer thought namantran before tehsildar and also legally you have full rights. If you have Residencial and commercial buildings or other than agriculture then this title may transfer thought only registered deed.

Hello.first gifted property own property are not clrefie .another one ancestral property with out any Your concent you will file a civil case.and gifted property your father's own property your not getting.

Haan aapki ma aapke naam par apni vyaktigat sampatti transfer kar sakti hai. Parantu aapko is baat ka dhyaan rakhna hoga ki ye transfer ek proper channel k maadhyam se ho. Matlab yeh hai ki aapki ma se apne naam par ek vasihat banwa le. Aur us wasihat ko register bhi karwa le. Iske alawa aap chahe to yeh "Gift Deed" k maaadhyam se bhi karwa sakte hai. Inhe register karwa le. Fir isko adhaar banakar apne nazdeeki revenue office me jaakar achal (immovable) sampatti apne naam par namantarit kara sakte hai.

Chal sampatti k liye bhi isi prakar "gift deed" karwai ja sakti hai.
