Respected Madam/Sir, I filed a case in rajasthan in some district court against one of my creditor, from chennai, and rajasthan court issued decree which is to be submitted in chennai, so i want to know when i will submit the decree in chennai will the case be reopened or property of the creditor attached directly for payment of my dues?

in your question it is clear that you have decree in your favour and also filled execution in Chennai for recovery of money . In this further activity is execution process not reopen case. Therefore as per civil procedure code your counsel will fill process form for execution matter if opposite party will not taken objection then court will attached properties as per your knowledge and sold for your recovery

if you are sub pectre then you know very well that in Indian panel Court under section 375 subsection 3 is very clearly mention that if any person on the faith that which other person makes physical relationships he is her husband or will husband therefore permitted to intercourse after he cheated then she can registered FIR against him u/s 376 and also in this case section 420 and 406 applicable.
