Q: Divorce on the grounds of cheating

Hello, I ve been cheated by my husband n his family, in matter of his education, salary, job profile, property. And parent-in-laws always mentally troture me for extra dowryinform of a/c, gold.and uses abuivse words to me n my family. My hubby was good to me until I ve been through etopic pregencny, I lost my baby from that time they started blaming me that I can't bare a child. I have consultant drs. They said I will convince. Imthey changed my hubby, now he act on behest of his elder brother. Now they are planing to perfrom second marriage of my hubby. They are asking for divorce in court, even my advocate is forcing me to give divorce. But I want to save my marriage. I have little hope my hubby will change. Could you please help me what to do to save my marriage. Thank uou

Sir I filed declaration of title suit. Recently I have sold the property on which declaration suite filed. Now I want to with draw the suite. Please let me know the procedure to with draw this suite.

Hi, My cousin got married 4.5 years back, she was tortured and harassed for dowry, she has 2 yrs old son.She is staying from her husband since 1.5 years, her husband gave divorce notice and my cousin also not interested to stay with him. Now if she agrees and goes to the court to take divorce mutually, will she get alimony and compensation? 1. How much alimony can she expect 2. Will her son get any property from the husband. Her husband is well settled and has property worth more than 2+ crores. If she agrees for divorce how she should proceed to get good alimony so that her life is secured with her son

Q: How to get property and maintenance from mother in law

My husband expired before 5 years. I have two daughters. That time onwards I did not get a maintenance from mother in law. Last year my father in law expired without write the document . I have 3 sister in law. Could you please suggest me, maintenance case has worthable or not?
