Per registered agreement is in two names first name-my mom & secobd name is mine. My mom has some belongings in that flat & that flat is vacant. My mom stayes with my brother in law. If i stay in that flat, if mom file false complain of theft to restirct me from staying there. While entering if video revording is done will that help. Before entering is written application is filled in police will it help. What happens & what should i do
If you think your mother will file a complaint against you means she does not trust you or she is not in good terms with you for whatever reason best known to you. In such circumstances , do not enter the said flat without her knowledge and consent. Go for other legal remedies.
