Mothers share in her grandfathers property

Hi, We are Hindu. My mom has 2 sisters & 2 brothers. One brother died 2 years back. My mom's grandfather had a property. Grandfather, father & mother all died without making a will. Will my mother get a share in the property? As the brothers family refusing to share the property. Please suggest. Thank you.

Regarding this the year of your mother marriage and the year of her father's death need to be known as er the amendment of succession act regarding the right of married female member of the family in the family property. You have to consult advocate to know further and take action it can be decided by knowing above stated facts and perusing the documents.
