MCD Desealing procedure for unauthorized construction

Hello, We have a small plot of around 55 Gaj. We were into the agreement (temporary on Rs 50 stamp paper) with a local builder. Just because of his negligence, first our lanter got punctured, still he continued the work. He even did not submitted map of building. Later it got sealed. Since owner is a senior citizen women, he continuosly mindwashed and almost completed the work, took his payment and entered us into the building. He continuously told us 'meri setting hai'. Now MCD officials after around 1 year came and asked how you are residing in this building. Now, we are so under harassment that apart from suicide no other options seems as people use to say it can not be officially desealed. Builder has completed so many constururions in area similarly but those got completed and corporation did not interfere. For example, one such lanter was punched of same builder but it did not sealed and all floors are already occupied now. Do we have any other option to close it officially?
