You will have to file an application before the Tehsildar's office. Or you can also file a civil suit challenging the said mutation. Also, you need to file an application along with the memo for condonation of delay.

if tha namantaran has affected your title and ownership over your property you can file a civil suit for declaration of title ,permanent injuction and recovery of possession..mere entries in a revenue records does not confers or extinguishes title.the entries in revenue records only indicate possession and the person who has duty to pay land revenue
