Lesser Assessment Roll (KJP) , DILR , Mamlatdar

H-G-S (hector-guntha-sqmt) A = My land, B=My neighbor's Land A was 2-73-00 H-G-S B was 0-16-00 H-G-S according to old survey number. Then a canal project passed form B Then re-survey happened now after re-survey A was 2-70-54 H-G-S B was 0-7-33 H-G-S Now B had applied for Lesser Assessment Roll (KJP) in District Inspector Land Records Now A is 2-62-35 H-G-S and B is 0-15-52 H-G-S No measurements where done nor we were notified about this whole Schenerio. No 135D notice has issued to us nor we have received it till now Somehow we get to know this by checking our papers of 7/12 and 6. And immediately objection letter and documents was submitted in Mamlatdar office and SLR office. With in 10 days of KJP. Now after 30 days they have permitted the changes. What can i do now. Please help me by putting some light on it. Thanks in advance.
