Legal Jurisdiction and Rectification

24-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a property let out in West Bengal while I live in Delhi. I have mentioned the legal jurisdiction of the agreement as New Delhi? Is this legally acceptable? If not would a rectification deed work to resolve this mistake?

Jurisdiction of the Court in case of any civil dispute is determined by the Code of Civil Procedure; writing a Court having no jurisdiction can't make any difference. However such mistake shouldn't be there in any deed or documents; you can do a deed of rectification, that would solve the purpose. All the best and regards
