Inheritance rights Of Father's Property

06-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My father and mother got divorced in 2006 based on a decision by family court. They were married as per Christian law. My father had married again in 1998 and two kids were born on 1999 and 2000 respectively. In 2003 my father transferred a residential property and farm land to his 2nd wife inorder to avoid claim from my end stating he had taken loan from his wife for business needs and stayed in the same property until his death in 2016. He had a vehicle in his name and his son from 2nd marriage filed an affidavit to thahasildar to obtain legal heirship without mentioning my name. I had given objection to it. The question is whether I can reclaim the properties transferred to 2nd wife and also claim ownership on vehicle and remaining properties. Whether 2nd wife and children have equal rights to claim the assets under Christian law. I am a married woman having a 11 year old son .my mother is not remarried. How to proceed to cancel the sale deed

as you being the daughter you can claim rights over the property. your rights cannot be curtailed in any manner and your claim is based on a valid legal one. so at the earliest you just proceed with the litigations to recover your share from the assets of your demised father
