I am the Legal heir of my uncles will which he made some years ago.

25-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My uncle committed suicide on 30thNov 2018. He had made a will somewhere in 2011 to 2013 which was registered in bandra kurla complex office. He made me legal heir of his room. I don't have copy of the will. Original will is misplaced. My uncle won the case of the room he was staying for over 35 years in lower court. Now house is locked and the keys of the house are with police who are investigating suicide. The owner of the Chawl is trying to claim over the house saying my uncle had no children. He is getting people ro sell the house as informed to me by neighbours. He may not be aware of the will which was made on my name in which I am the legal heir. I want to donate that room as prayer house to holy church in my late uncles name. I contacted the people who registered the will some years ago but they are saying that it will take some time for them to check as I don't have exact dates of the will. Please help me. Me and my uncle are Roman Catholic by religion.
