How to sell my mother house if she is not in a state to talk

My mother aged 73,Hindu, suffering from parkinson disease wants to sell a house owned by her but she cannot go to the registry office.What is the way out.Can she give power of attorney to someone for selling? Or is there any other way?

The same transfer will be done by registry through commission by which you approval the registrar with relevant medical papers of mother and application with fees of around 5000 depending on state and the registrar will appoint person from office to visit home and get the said transfer registered.
