I want to file divorce on the basis of domestic violence and mental harrasment . My husband is mentally unstable . I don't want any alimony . Only want to get rid of him

Greetings. Domestic violence complaint and divorce petition will be filed separately. We shall require evidence in support of your contention of use of force by the husband and instances when the husband caused mental and physical harassment. FIR under Indian Penal Code (Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita) should be filed for Domestic Violence and also a Complaint to the Judicial Magistrate shall be filed. Divorce proceeding is also to be filed separately on grounds of cruelty and domestic voilence.

Police Chowki mein ek complaint dalwani padegi apko sara tathya batate hue aur evidence pesh karte hue. Bina apki formal complaint ke apko koi details nahi mil payegi. Apki wife ne agar maintainence ya 498 ki FIR dali hogi toh Police Station se apko call zarur ayega. Usse pehle aap apni taraf se ek likhit complaint daliye juthe mukadme ke darr ka hawala lete hue
