My father died intestate. Now property divided into 3 shares. I have some disputes with my wife. We don't have any children. Property is situated in unauthorized colony of delhi. I made a notarized relinquishment deed in favour of mother. So, is this the safe process? If not then plz tell the best way to safe the property in unauthorized colonies??

under Transfer of Property Act any property which value is more than hundred rupees can be transferred bye by way of registered deed of transfer. if you want the relinquishment to be safe then kindly get the deed of relinquishment registered before the registrar otherwise it is not safe.
