How to get RD signed if daughters are not agreeing to sign it

We are Hindu. We have a property that we want to get rid off, the property is in name of my father and my grandfather, my grandfather is no more, and father has two sisters, one is no more, those two sisters were earlier ready, but now they have backed off from signing RD, so is there a way out to get out of this problem?
Is there any will left out by your grandfather? You cannot force anyone to sign the relinquishment deed. If there is a will then get it executed..Was it ancestral property or self acquired property of your father and grandfather?
