How to challenge wrongful sale of mothers property by her brother ?

Agriculture Property in my village transferred to my mother from her father later was done will in my name.My mothers property is now sold by her brother to his friend Without my consent.i am unaware of this property transfer.can I file a case against the property purchased? Kindly let me knw if the will written by my mother holds strong? Since I am unaware of this property transfer can I fight against it? Can the transfer happen without my signature?
