Hi, my father obtained property share after court FDP. This is ancestral property. I have brothers and sisters. How do I ensure that they don't create forgery of my signatures and sell it off. Is there any process or procedures, that I need todo so that my brothers and sisters don't create forgery of my signature either in sale deed or in GPA or in any other document. Pls advise as what is the legal way in which I can stop all these, as proactive step and ensure that I have not given my consent for such transactions.

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file an intallah peshbandi application and give a notice through a lawyer in the newspaper for the general public at large . It would be a caution notice. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact
