Grandchildren's right to property.

24-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather died in 1959. He had 1 son 5 daughters. His widow, my grandmother, kept property till she died intestate in 2002. After that the sole son took over the property. The daughters did not protest as he was jobless. He died in 2009. At that time, the 3 surviving daughters grabbed the property. Do the children of the 2 daughters who had died by 2009 have a right to their grand father’s property? HINDU

The surviving daughters who are enjoying the properties right now and the children of those daughters who are more are standing in the same footing and they are also eligible for their proportionate share in the property just like the other surviving daughters.
