GPA ownership issue in unauthorized colony delhi

My father bought a property in 1985 in delhi through gpa. And we were living in the property since then with my uncle I. e. Fathers brother. Now my uncle died in 2013 and his son is threathing us for the property. Can he claim the property as it was owned by my father and he's paying all the bills including property tax which again comes under his name... Property is under unauthorized colony delhi so no registry is done only gpa is there... Plz assist.

hello client as you are saying tht you cusins are threating you for propwrty in this regards as max bills in your name so in tht case we need to move to court to protect our rights in the property as well as the things need to be to initmate court for justice.

If you father has got the property via GPA and he has created interest in the property via whatever mode …than you are the legal heir of that propert n not your uncle or his children …rest we need more facts to give you guidance accordingly.. thanks
