Gift deed by grandmother to a non blood relative

My mother a Hindu widower is sole heir of the property left by my grandfather,but my grandmother has made a deal with a man and made a will in his favour.what can we do to get our property back
Your grandmother's will can be changed now.if that man obtained will from your grandmother by playing fraud on your grandmother.And also your mother can file suit for partition if that property is ancestral.
