Getting Stay order for Undivided share of property

12-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Kindly reply to this question sir/madam, thank you in advance. My Question: Say, X and I have a common share of undivided property . I don't want X to build a house in that land or don't want to allow X to give it to rental to someone . So can I apply n get a stay order for X not building a house in that land or giving that land to rental or lease to someone?. Also, I want to know if X can sell that undivided share of property without my consent? . Kindly do reply. Thank you sir/madam.

X, being a co-owner he has his right to make use of the property. You can file a suit for partition along with injunction against construction of leasing out. This way you can stop the unilateral action of X and the property will be partitioned.
