Forged tahasildar's sign to make documents & sold other person's land

Cheating case, money taken on July 2015, sale agreement done at notary, but now I came to know documents were fake, land is not in there name but they showed fake saguvali chiti, forged tahasildar signature, but now saguvali chiti is fake. Now how law will punish.

You will need to pursue both civil and criminal legal remedies. With regard to the forgery etc. you will need to file a police complaint for the same seeking action against the persons concerned. In case the revenue entries have been changed to another persons name you will need to file appropriate petition before the tahsildar to get the same rectified.
