Father died interstate with self aquired flat.Nominee mother made will

My father died without will had self acquired property.ominee mother made will n expired in 2013 which stated property needs to be sold within 6 months after her demise.will not probated.my 2 brothers staying in property refuse to sale flat and divide equally between 3 of us ,not honoring mother's will. Succession deed made. What are the options before me.?There is no written agreement between us for their stay, are they entitled legally to pay me compensation for their stay after demise of our parents? please advice..Thanks..

after death of father you have equle rights along with mother and brothers. advise is depend on your mohters will, what she bequeathed and in whose favour. Further your mohter has right only to dispose her share and not entire. Nominee has no right and title .
