Dear sir,I am serving soldiers and my father is also ex-servicemen and I am only son purchase information one 2 BHK flat in Gaziabad around 30 lakh through home loan .acording up government notification exempt on stamp duty of 20 lakh property .can I ilgible or not .

on the above mentioned query the legal advice is that yes obviously you and your father , both are eligible for exemption of stamp duty, but exemption of stamp duty is only one time after the serving of this honourable job.
