Elder son of brother claiming unregistered land, what to do

22-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
I had purchased a land in 1972 with 3 dags of 3 brothers being ownership with full payment, 1 dag is unregisterd due to absent of a brother in registry office showing personal cause. We r constantly living so many years by constructing building wholly without any objection from then on but recently his eldest son has claimed this unregistry land. Will it be considered a adverse land in favour of ourselves or what is the other way of solution? Pls advise me on the basis of urgency, Regards,

Sir
As you have purchased land of 2 dags from two brothers and in one dag you are in occupation since 1972, i.e. more than 12 years. Now, how your deed is registered and what is written is important.
So far, in considering the matter I would like to know about the ROR (Parcha).
All fact required to be consider together in providing the answer.
Thanks
