hi,
If your father is alive and the properties are in your father's name and those properties are self acquired by him then he is the owner and he can transfer his properties during his life time to anybody of his choice, but if the the properties are acquired by your father through ancestors then all of you will get equal share. if your father is dead then his sell acquired properties will be divided between you both sisters if there is no will executed by your father before.
