Do an illegal child have right on the father's property

01-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir I narrate the issue breifly. A, public servant in state govt., married B in 1971 & got divorced within 6 months in presence of their family elders and an advocate and got a divorce agreement. A re-married to C in 1973 had sons (D & E) and a daughter(F). In 1979, A got into extra marital relationship with B, not re-married & had a son (G) in 1980, & stayed with them and neglected C and her children . In 1995, A got into extra marital relationship with other woman(X) by relinquishing B. But A registered 250 sq.yds out of 650 sq.yds of his land in favour of G. A is reluctant to register any of his property in the name of D, E & F since he is insisting them to part with the house in which their mother is residing. Can D, E & F file a suit against A seeking partition of remaining property in their names, & challenge the registration of property to G as he is illegal child.

All the properties are self acquired properties of A. A purchased the same through his income as such A is having right to give his properties to any one he desires. Irrespective of his illicit relationships with other women. If A is alive you cannot claim share in his properties as the same are his self acquired properties.
