We are total 5 siblings. 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters out of which 2 sisters are widow and i take care of them and look after there all needs. They reside in subjected ancestral property for which owner was my Deceased father. My mother is also passed away from whom my younger brother have made affidavit for partition of property between two brothers by neglecting my sister's rights. nnNow my younger brother don't take any intrest to look after maintainence of property nor our sisters well being. So how can I transfer ownership of property in my name as all my sister's are in my favour of me but not my brother who is just interested in money? Any way to do that reliquishment deed or power of attorney or any other possible way?
