Grandmother had a house in her name. She died in 1991 survived by her husband, 1 son(Adil) and 2 daughters. Her husband died in 1997, without any will. Today Adil's son(tarun) is living in that house. Tarun doesn't let his sister(disha) and his mother enter the house. Can disha and her mother file a partition suit for their right on property while Adil is still alive.

Your grandmother had got the house in her name in the year 1991 and her husband has died in the year 1997 and her husband has left her a son, give me a path and she did not make any will during her life timeThe house left by your grandparents comes as ancestral property and you all have a share in it and legally you can get your share by filing a partition suit, this is your legal right
