Continuous construction, hammering, air tool, metal cutting above me.

Work permits issued by lotus boulevard management. Workmen hammering, using Jack hammers and cutting metal continuously 7 days a week. Workmen are not allowed to work on Sunday and yet they have worked for 6 hours for the last three Sundays. This noise has been going on above my head for more than a year, and still going on. I have so many recording and yet my school management and the lotus management have done nothing. I think it is done to annoy or racial as I am British.
