Construction company has not completed my house still

I gave my house construction to a construction company and we made an agreement. As per the agreement the company was supposed to complete my house on June 2024. Still the house is not completed and the quality is really bad. The company is not answering my calls and keeps giving fake promises. Should I file a cheating case in police station.
First thing is send a legal notice, mentioning everything and your demands.
Produce construction agreement to check the clauses and for our understanding, so that we can advise you better.
After this we will guide you what to do further

this is a case of violation of the terms of agreement why you are contractor - builder.. By filing a cheating case in police station you will be making the police happy as they extract bribe from both sides. Anyway try it.
