I can claim my grandfather self acquire property & my wife can claim she mother property .

Because property acquired by grand father is self acquired property and it is not ancestral property.
If mother of wife ready to give in will properties then your wife can take properties from her.
But by claiming as of right it is not possible. Because property of mother if is acquired by independent income of self .
