Claim management right on a trust established by my great grandfather

09-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My great grand father established a trust and donated his properties to it. After him my grand father used to manage it and registered it with Endowment in 1999 and he expired now. My father expired before my grand father. Now, the trust is being managed by an Endowment Officer. I want to sent out the EO by being recognized as founder family member to manage the trust like my grand father did. I am looking for a not too busy lawyer who can take up the case directly by himself. Note that my grand father have a daughter too and they are also interested in it even though I feel that they don't have any right in it just like my great grand father's daughter.

You can contact me through lawroto. But what the bye laws say. Can you send the bye laws through mail. Unless I see the bye laws, I cannot say whether the daughter of grand father has right or not. --Ravinder, Advocate, Hyderabad.
