Cheated By Builder

I booked a flat in 2012 till now the project is not completed because some legal issues on plot. Raised complaint in Rera but they told that some financial company has filed case in NCLT against that builder so all Rera case against has been put on hold.
This is my response to you:
1. You can also file a claim in the NCLT;
2. File an application to the main petition pending in NCLT;
3. Since you are the creditor, you should be entitled to claims;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
