my grandfather bought two properties in the name of my father from income of property allotted to my grandfather by partition and he also bought one property in the name of my father's brother now my father's brother said all properties are family properties and also says he have share in all property and he filed case in court, can we reject the plaint by using binami transaction act?

as per law you have rights to reject the plaint.

when the property stand in your father's name farthest absolute to owner aur anybody cannot claim ownership which was made through a sale date Tu of income is from the property of the house owner by your family members particularly grandfather your father has full right
