Yes , son of second wife can claim in his father's property...But if marriage solemnized with second wife is illegal then son of second wife can claim only in the SELF EARNED property of father
.....If the marriage is legal then such son can claim in total property...Conditions also applied

Of course yes. You can claim share in your father's property as a legal heir. No matter from which wife you born. There is no bar in claiming the share in your father's property. You are his son and you have every right like any other son.

On the above-mentioned query please note down that obviously you are entitled for the share in your father's property besides you are the child of your father's second wife .
The procedure for partition is that if a man with two wives then the total movable and immovable property partitioned in to the the two parts.

The first part belongs to the first wife and the second part for the second wife.
