I am living in ghaziabad (NCR) and I want to claim my husband's share in his mother's property after his death which is in Hapur . Neither my father in law nor my mother in law is alive and no will was made by them. On the date of cheque bounce within 30 days giving a written notice for demand for the payment of the said amount and given fifteen days time to the receipt of the said notice and the party fail then after 15 days within one month file the complaint.

If you know the present address of your previous tenant you may claim the such amount . Firstly send the legal notice for the purpose of demand the such amount of balance arrear of rent. If failure then you may file a suit for the purpose of recovery of balance arrear of rent.
