Can the mutually agreed family settlement revoked or cancelled

Hi,
My parents dead without any will, we two brothers and one sister mutually made settlement in register office and divided the property in our name and registered..
Now my elder brother took more share and left us few shares only, so we want to cancel the settlement deed and want to go equal share,.. kindly let me know is it possible?
It depends on the conditions enforced in deed. Based on the conditions, we can file a suit or prays the court for suitable orders. So it can be challenged before the court of law. But it differs for each case
