Q: Do I need to file a case on my husband for leaving me ?

I found my husband on matrimonial site.due to the corona we didn't enquire his family.but my mother in law tortured me like anything verbally from the day one, because he didn't marry his grand daughter. My husband never cared me. When I got infected with corona he left me at my mom's place . He never even called for two months .After my successful recovery he visited me when I asked the reason he raised false accuses that I compared him with my brother. I asked him we better go live separate your parents can live with your brother ..you give your whole salary to them..I will take care of all the expenses.. he said he married me just for my financial income that can help his family there is no other reason behind it.when I said I don't want to live with you angrily he recorded it and threatening me that im a kind of psychopath..his brother in law supportedme ,toldldeverything about his evil mother.he even told lies about me on my character to his brother in law.im.being threatened.

Q: Property issues is land dispute

My grandpa has written a will which is unregistered to three of his sons and a daughter abt whats their share. In the will he has mentioned about amount of land which should be shared by three sons. Since there was some partiality is there in the will it was not accepted by everyone. In this situation.. If one son is planning to sell his part of share it to another son how to deal this registration legally. Is unregistered will is legal?

Advocate K. Karthikeyan answered
No unregistered will is not legal .. till u get a court order validity the will. if all party in the will .. say 3 sons n 1 daughter .. they can approach the court for equal share to everyone in the property through a suit.

Q: Unable to regi the property due to unwillingness of the property owner

Hi,We need to sell our ancestoral house which is in our village and it is in our grandmothers name. Since my grandma is 95years old she is unable to come to the registration office to complete the registration process. And that register office is nearly 75km away from my grandma residing village. We explained this to the sub registrar in the register office. But they said they cant do anything without my grandma come directly to the register office. My grandma is ready to give signature for the documents that are needed to sell the property from her home where she currently resides. Can anything be done legally apart from taking my grandma to the registration office.Any advice on this highly appreciated.Thank you.

Advocate K. Karthikeyan answered
Will becomes live only after the death of the testator. the unregistered will can be produced in front of the court and you can get a decree on it. but you can't get title now by this way. the only way is to register it in registrar office

Q: Advice need to get clarity on land ,how this can be taken forward

Hi sirMy name is sivakumar my father bought a land from his relative in 2004 , we have been using and farming in that land for 12 years , EB connection is there ,the land owner sold that land for one of his second wife daughter marriage expenses , the land owner has two wives , 3 child each Now first wife made a case on his husband to get share in that land who already got separated from his husband.how this can be taken forward ,how the verdict would be ,what advice u would offer for us

Advocate K. Karthikeyan answered
it would be better to communicate by person to understand the facts in your case. If you have registered a sale deed in favour of your father, then no one claims the right on it. If that person is still alive you can get registered even now if it is a self owned property

Q: Release deed favouring my brothers relinquishing my rights.

I would like to know the professional service charges of Lawyers for release deed and registering the power of attorney.please inform the amount separately

Advocate K. Karthikeyan answered
It depends on location and the description of property. There are various kinds of power of attorney, for sale, to buy, specific power etc. In release, it differs for vacant land and building.
