Can adopted child claim share in father's self acquired property

Iwas adopted by mausa . After 7 years child ( f) born . Dispute arise then aggrement ( compromise ) was signed by both that adoptive child has equal right as other child in his properties & he will not abandon the child at any stage. After 17years adoptive father wrote a unregistered will of his self acquired property in the name of original child . Can i claim under section 13 of HAMA 1956 of my share in the property . HINDU

Yes , you can file case in appropriate court of law and also challenge the will procured in favour of that child ,adopted child will have reap same benefit and standard as child born out of them. You can also took the benefit of the agreement by pleading it in a case
