Sir, We are two brothers and one sister. My father has not purchased any property in his life time and he is alive. All the property in our possession is ancestral. . My question is can our sister claim share in the ancestral property which is in our fathers name and our father is alive.

Yes, she can claim property in equal share as you and other brother but if don't want to give him property then your father can transfer the same no one except him can stop to took her share in the property .

Q: Sale of flat for delay in possession since builder in jail already

i book flat in  sec126, mohali. Possession due in SEP-2016 Builder in jail already as case put by other owners in society. should i also put case against him or sale the property in no profit no loss or keep this property for another five years & then sale. my religion is hindu & property in name of my wife. Firstly you should took the possession of the flat thereafter options remain with you if deed got final after full filing all formality in absence of any registered deed and possession u should file case against him as early as possible

Sir/madam My son is studying pursuing Bcom semester-4 in a punjab university affilated college in Ludhiana (punjab). For no such solid reason he had been rusticated , we as a parents trying to get in touch with the principal as well as the chairman of the college but they are just keep avoiding us , Even though we & all the students in the college knows that very well that my son has not done anything wrong we are still ready to apologize and have sent so many apologizing messages but no body is listening , please advice what legal action should we take now , Thanking you & oblige

Hello, firstly you can send legal notice to the Appropriate authority of the college and if not solved then you could move writ petition before the Hon'ble High court of Punjab and Haryana High court .
