Builder denying for registration of property and demanding money

I booked a flat 6 years ago which is completed 85 percentage of work till date. Now I want to sell it when I approached builder for my registration he is not ready for registration and on top of it he is asking that I need to give him in writing that I will pay Rs 200 per square feet to him whenever I sell it to someone.

In the the builder is not ready and willing to execute the Agreement for Sale in spite of making payments, these are the things you can do:

a) File a complaint in the Consumer Forum seeking direction from the court to the builder to execute the Agreement for Sale.

b) File a criminal case of cheating against the builder

c) Apply to the MAHARERA Authority complaining the complete facts.
