Hi,
If police not taken any action against your brother then you have approach to the criminal court and file criminal complaint against your brother for allegedly beaten your parents, the property which acquired by your father from your grandfather for which your father is absolute owner of the said property and having all legal rights over the said property to protect the said property from your brother and his wife , your father have to file the suit for injunction and police protection against your brother and his wife.
