banks are not willing to provide loan on property inherited through will. even though mutation is done passbook and recordes of rights are issued .hw much banks are right .opinion sought . hindu religion

Mere entry in the records does not confer the title and as you say that their is a will it that will deed registered then it is valid if not it has to be probated through the court to get it valid. Did the bank gave you any letter for the refusal because until the bank is satisfied they will not approve the loan.
